Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 22-11-2025

At ThinkPeak.ai, we aim to ensure transparency and fairness in how we sell our digital products and services. This Refund Policy applies to all AI solution templates, automation systems, and related services purchased from ThinkPeak.ai.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Products & Templates Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of AI templates, automation templates, agent templates, and other downloadable or cloud-delivered digital products are final and non-refundable.

This is because:

  • these assets are delivered digitally and cannot be “returned,”
  • access is granted immediately,
  • intellectual property is transferred upon purchase.

Once access is provided, no refunds will be granted.


2. Exceptions (Rare Special Circumstances)

We may consider a refund only in one of these exceptional situations:

  • the product delivered is completely different from what was advertised,
  • the template was never delivered due to a technical failure on our side,
  • accidental duplicate purchase.

Any exception refunds are granted at our sole discretion.


3. No Refunds on Implementation or Customization Services

For services such as:

  • customization of templates,
  • onboarding services,
  • integrations,
  • set-up assistance,
  • consulting or advisory calls,
  • workflow design,

all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.


4. Subscription-Based Products

In the event ThinkPeak.ai offers subscription access to:

  • template libraries,
  • agent libraries,
  • automation systems,

subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future charges.

Payments already made remain non-refundable.


5. Support Included With Template Purchases

Every template purchase includes 30 days of standard support covering:

  • technical issues,
  • installation questions,
  • usage guidance,
  • troubleshooting.

Support does not include:

  • heavy customization,
  • redesign,
  • restructuring,
  • additional features,
  • integrations not included in the template by default.

If extended / premium support is needed, it may be purchased separately.


6. How to Request Support

Support Requests Email: info@thinkpeak.ai

Please include:

  • your name,
  • order email,
  • purchase date,
  • template/product name,
  • issue description.

We aim to respond within 48 business hours.


7. Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your product access link or files:
Email us within 72 hours of purchase at info@thinkpeak.ai.

We will resend the access link at no additional charge.


8. Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback:

  • results in permanent account termination,
  • voids all licenses to ThinkPeak.ai products,
  • may be pursued legally if necessary.

We encourage contacting us first for resolution.


9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy occasionally.
The updated version will appear here with a revised effective date.
